My latest clean desktop. Lack of clutter - yay! Finally, I can see images and stuff!
Removed all the RSS feed links and junk that I didn't really need to see, especially with my phone collecting links and such when I need to.
Plain, simple and clean! Plus, I REALLY love the image. It feels so tranquil and inspiring, yet deep and subtle. Oh, and it's cute too. <3

P.S. For the record, I don't actually think it's a Wolf, but I like to believe it is. Not sure what kind of dog it would be either =S
For you iPhone users
I've installed a new plugin which automatically formats the site for the iPhone/Touch/Blackberry and other smart phones.
I've tried it out myself on my phone and it's BLOODY GOOD. Saves a lot of time loading, and makes everything fit nicely portrait OR landscape. You can also switch between the original site and the mobile site with a single flick. The pictures remain and scale with the phone, and you can do all the usual stuff (like make comments).
Let me know what you think, and if it's all running smoothly on your end.
How does it look?
So now that the site has been up for a good 2-3 weeks, I'd like some feedback on it. Just general things really, I don't plan to change a lot of it, but I would like to know what people think.
1. How are the colours? Is anything too bright, or too dull?
2. How is the font sizes? Is everything easy to read?
3. How is the spacing? Is everything clear and spread out enough?
The header and the background colours are pretty much the only thing I want to change consistently, so I'd like to make sure these things don't mess up anything else. The headers I've already done (about 7 or so) and I'll match each header with an appropriate background colour. I'm really loving this pink though (the one at the moment) and it matches with the header which is a bonus.
I'll do a post when I decide to change the header/colours so you can hit refresh, in case your cache decides it doesn't want to recheck for changes.

Ok, well it seems to work quite well, without adding in any extra code. I think I'll use it from now on, so you don't have to load up all the images, all the time. =D

Ok. So.... obviously this is still in development - I'm still trying to figure out my way around WordPress for the first time, and while it seems like it's quite easy, it does take time to do everything, and make sure it's all right. Not a huge worry of mine right now, since I'll be doing this pretty often throughout the next year or two, but I would definitely like to get it all done as soon as I can.
I'll keep updating and playing around with the settings for the next day or two, and see how I go.
